Unsure what exactly is wrong with it but since I built it, it will boot and then immediately shut off. I've changed the power supply/ram/drives/cards adn still cannot find the issue. However here are the specs.
Intel 3.0 ghz processor w/ hyperthreading, however the board does not support this
1 GB ddr2 667 ram
Floppy drive
Low end video card
onboard 6 channel HD sound/gigabit ethernet/4 USB 2.0 ports etc
not included are CDrom drives/hard drive
This machine is in excellent shape and I'm sure there is something I'm overlooking but as time goes on it gets older. This was the best machine i ever did see run but since I had to rebuild it I dont' know what the issue is. I just don't have time to deal with it right now so I think $300 is a good price. I can tell you it cost me more than that to build it. Cd rom drive =$35 and hard drives are fairly cheap. I just recently bought the ram for it. Serious inquiries only I will not go lower than 200 but I am asking 300.
Ouch, $300 for a machine with no hard drive, no cd drive and that doesn't work, not to mention the processor was considered not quite top of the line 2 years ago, with motherboard that does not support hyper threading, no cd drive and no display? That's a tad bit crazy man. Besides the debugging issue one would have to invest $100 in a hard drive, $30 to $40 in a dvd drive and, obviously, the thing does not even have an operating system so one would have to pay for that ($50 to $300 depending on what system you want and assuming you want to get it legally), then one would have to install it of course. What about iethernet cards, how many UsB ports does it have, what about a wireless PC card, any such thing included, what about a keyboard?
Even assuming all of those are included the above mentioned updates would bring the price to $500 to $700, still leaving the fact the machine is on the old site, does not work and has a processor that is not exactly the latest and greatest, a 15 inch Sony Vaio laptop with better specs is being sold on buy.com for under $500, it works and has an O.S. I built a pc for around $450 with Intel dual core ee6700, good video card 500gb hard drive and 4 gigs of ram and it actually starts up.
If you added a 500gb hard drive and figured out what's wrong with the thing and installed an O.S. (Windows XP sp2 for preference), also made sure the basic internet connectivity is included and correctly configured, $250 to $300 would actually be a good deal. I might even consider it. May be someone will buy this but, seriously, I have to speak up when I feel something that is being sold just makes absolutely no sense price wise. I'm sure you put a lot of work into this machine (probably a few years ago) but you have to sell it right away, in this rapid development age these machines just look terribly antiquated and make no sense for someone who wants a working computer and definitely no sense for someone with enough tech savyness to build one.

This machine is npto that old. A 500 gig is what you would want, but what about someone else. I've already mentioned it has onboard gigabit ethernet. I can lower the price to $200 but the rest of the accessories are really not all that much, it depends on what brand you would prefer in the machine. I built this from brand new parts so this is not a barebones box. I can throw in a keyboard and mouse. Seriously this is not quite a bad price I don't think, but I cna lower it if need be. I'll take any serious offers but I will not go below 150. I need this money as all of us do so i'm not trying to price too high.
Personally I think $200 is still pushing it but is a bit more reasonable. Consider that you can get a lower end used *working computer for $100 these days.
I think $200 is a bit better then your original price. Get the thing up and running, and then u may get some bites.
